Venue Policies

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our clients, please read our venue policies carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A token amount (advance) is required to confirm the booking.
  • Booking will be considered confirmed only after token payment.
  • Remaining payment must be completed before the event date.
  • We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfer.
  • Without advance payment, no date will be reserved.

2. Date Holding Policy

  • A selected date can be temporarily held for 1 hour without payment.
  • If payment is not received within this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
  • Date change is subject to availability and management approval.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of booking confirmation, the client is eligible for a full refund of the token amount.
  • If the event is scheduled and later cancelled close to the event date, cancellation and refund will not be possible.
  • The booking amount will be non-refundable as the date has been reserved and business opportunities may have been declined.
  • Date changes may be considered only based on availability and management approval.

4. Time Slot Policy

  • Day Slot: 10 AM โ€“ 4 PM
  • Night Slot: 6 PM โ€“ 11 PM
  • Extra hours will be charged separately.

5. Electricity & Power Policy

  • Basic electricity is included in the package.
  • Heavy usage (DJ, extra lighting, AC, etc.) will be charged additionally.
  • Generator backup is available at extra cost.

6. Guest Count & Pricing Policy

  • Final guest count must be confirmed in advance.
  • Pricing may vary based on number of guests, customization, and event type.

7. Decoration Policy

  • In-house decoration services are available.
  • Outside decorators are allowed only with prior permission.
  • Any damage to property will be charged to the client.

8. Food & Catering Policy

  • Catering will be provided as per the selected package.
  • Outside catering (if allowed) may include additional charges.

9. Noise & Music Policy

  • DJ and loud music must follow local authority rules.
  • Music may be restricted after a certain time as per government regulations.

10. Cleanliness & Damage Policy

  • The client is responsible for maintaining basic discipline during the event.
  • Any damage to furniture, lights, or property will be chargeable.

11. Safety & Responsibility

  • Management is not responsible for personal belongings, theft, or loss.
  • All guests must follow safety guidelines during the event.

12. Parking Policy

  • Parking facility is available (subject to capacity).
  • Management is not responsible for any vehicle damage.

13. Final Authority Clause

  • Soni Garden Events reserves the right to accept or reject any booking.
  • Soni Garden Events reserves the right to modify policies when required.
  • All disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction.
