At Soni Garden, we strive to make your event planning process as transparent and seamless as possible. Please review our comprehensive booking terms carefully.
1. Introduction & General Rules
Welcome to Soni Garden Reservations. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the booking and usage of Soni Garden Banquet & Lawn located at Nawada Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248005.
By proceeding with your booking, you implicitly accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to reserve Soni Garden if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The standard operating hours of the venue, including preparation, setup, and teardown, must be strictly adhered to. Extension of hours is subject to management approval and may incur significant extra charges.
2. Reservation & Payment Process
Reserving your date at Soni Garden requires a multi-step process to ensure availability and mutual agreement on the scope of the event. Please note the following payment milestones:
- Initial Token Amount: A minimum non-refundable token amount (typically 25% of the total estimated cost) is required to secure the venue date. Without this, dates remain open to other inquiries.
- Mid-way Payment: 50% of the total remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the documented event date.
- Final Settlement: The remaining balance and an applicable security deposit must be cleared in full no less than 7 days prior to the event setup starting. No setup will commence without full payment clearance.
3. Vendor Restrictions & Guidelines
Soni Garden provides premium in-house catering, decor, and management services to maintain a high standard of quality for our guests. The use of outside vendors is generally restricted but may be considered under strict management approval.
If outside vendors are approved (e.g., specific photographers, specialty entertainers, or specialized cuisines), the client assumes full liability for their actions, damages, and timely completion of work. Outside decorators require a separate non-refundable maintenance charge.
All vendors must vacate the premises and clear their materials within the allocated teardown slot following the event. Delays will be billed directly to the client's security deposit.
4. Guest Count & Capacities
The client must provide a guaranteed guest count at least 14 days prior to the event. This guaranteed number determines the final preparation of food, seating, and staff. Should your actual guest count exceed the guaranteed count by more than 10%, we cannot guarantee the seamless provision of food and seating, though every effort will be made.
Extra guests will be charged at a pre-agreed per-plate surplus rate, which will be billed immediately post-event or deducted from your security deposit.
5. Date Flexibility & Holds
Soft holds on dates are valid for exactly 24 hours without a financial commitment. After 24 hours, the date is automatically released.
Shifting an already booked event date is highly discouraged. Requests made 90 days before the event might be accommodated based on management discretion and availability. Moves made closer than 60 days to the event will be treated as a cancellation of the original date, triggering standard cancellation protocols.
