Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. However, due to the nature of venue blocking, our cancellation protocols are strictly enforced.
1. Token Amount Forfeiture
The initial booking deposit (token amount) serves to permanently remove your desired date from our inventory, effectively turning away other potential clients.
For this reason, the initial booking token amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, barring a severe natural disaster that physically prevents the venue from operating.

If you have made subsequent payments beyond the token amount, refunds for those specific amounts are calculated on the following schedule:
3. Process of Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. A WhatsApp message or verbal phone call is NOT sufficient to legally terminate a booked contract.
The client must email an official cancellation request to our management email address or deliver a signed physical letter to our office. The timestamp of the email or physical receipt will act as the definitive date of cancellation for calculating refunds according to our scale.
Refunds, when approved, will take up to 14-21 business days to process and will only be remitted to the original payment source.
4. Force Majeure & Act of God
In the rare event that Soni Garden cannot host your event due to an Act of God, government imposition, or extreme infrastructure damage, we will offer to postpone your event to a mutually agreed future date at no additional cost.
If postponement is practically impossible, you may be issued a refund of all monies paid, subject to managerial review. However, bad weather, normal traffic, or personal emergencies do not qualify as Force Majeure.
